PAYMENTS: We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed safely via a PCI-Compliant payment gateway via Payeezy Gateway Solutions. We accept: Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover | JCB | Diners Club.

SHIPPING: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. We generally ship Priority Mail within 1-3 Business days of receiving your order.  Things that are beyond our control and may effect your delivery; Weather, the Pandemic, and the previous Government derailing parts of the USPS, times may be DELAYED. We will however, do our best to get orders out as soon as we can gather them up. Postal Delivery People work really hard and provide an essential SERVICE for our country, we really appreciate them.  WE RECYCLE shipping supplies, so if you receive any odd package material from us, Congratulations! We are making a difference in helping our planet by reusing everything to keep this world a better place.

IN STOCK: If we are out of stock on a particular soap or item, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice, Or you can place it on Back Order, and receive it as soon as the soap cures, within the next few weeks.  Horns from time to time may be taken down if we are headed to a show.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order please send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. We will accept soaps are still sealed in their glistine bags. We do not offer refunds after 30 days. The Customer is responsible for paying any returned shipping costs on returned items unless another agreement has been made via email.

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: If you would like to sell our handmade products in your store, please contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We have stores currently selling our soaps successfully.
